A) Return Policy

  1.  Customers can check for the store where they can return their purchased goods by reaching out to customer care. Our customer care associates are reachable on call at 18002660134, between 8:00 AM & 10:00 PM on all days

  2.  All returns will be accepted at the store from where the order was delivered

  3.  Customers arriving at the store will be guided to the Customer Service Desk of the Hyper stores to initiate the return process

  4.  Return of goods is to be accepted basis the return criteria for various type of goods as mentioned below

    1.   No return or exchange of products belonging to Undergarments, Fruits & Vegetables, Fish & Meat, Electronics & Electrical
        and Chilled & Frozen will be entertained

    2.   For packed rice units, in case the packaging is open, no deduction will be made in case of weight loss of less than equal to
        5%. In case, the weight loss is more than 5% then proportionate return will be made

    3.   Exchange of products belonging to all other categories will be entertained within seven days from the date of sale

    4.   Products on Promotion & offers to be returned in full.  Part returns are not allowed. Example If  buy 2 get 1 free available on
       certain products, then entire products to be returned

  5. Exchange shall be entertained for unopened packs only. Unsealed packages will be consideredony in case of quality related issues within 48 hours from the time of delivery

  6. Once return is accepted, the customer spencer’s wallet will be credited with money equivalent to the value of the returned products. No refund of cash will be entertained for returns

  7. Money transferred to spencer’s wallet in lieu of returned goods will be valid for 30 days from the date of refund

B) Refusal Policy

  1. ‘No questions asked’ refusal policy is followed. The delivery boy will take back all products refused by the customer at the time of delivery

C) Refund of payment policy

  1. Return of goods

    1. Cash- Money will be credited to spencer’s wallet

    2. Prepaid- Money will be credited to spencer’s wallet 

  2. Refusal

    1. Cash- The price of the product will be deducted from the total bill and balance will be collected from the customer 

    2. Prepaid- The money will be refunded to the original source of payment 

  3. Non Fulfilment

    1. Cash- The amount of money for non-delivered products will be deducted from the bill and revised amount will be collected

    2. Prepaid- The money will be refunded to the original source of payment
