Cut and piece the potol as per ur choice. wash it. keep aside . chop onion 1 medium size. heat oil in a pan give allaichi, laung, darchini, bayleaf. stir it well give the chopped onion fry little unless brown give the parwal/potol fry it well with washed gobindvog chal/chawal 1 table spoon. Fry and covered it with low steam . thn add jeera powder, ...Moredhaniya powder , lal mirch(optional) i dont use, turmeric powder add little water and let the spices get cook until release oil. if the parwal get boiled thn dont cover else cover it in a medium lid. once it done add water , salt , sugar as per taste let thm boil/cook till 4-5mnts properly. add ghee garam masala serve with rice Less
