Refined Wheat Flour 55%, Water 22%, Standardized Milk 15%, Vegetable Oil 5%, Sugar, Salt.Instructions
1.Remove paratha from freezer. Place one paratha on pre-heated non-stick pan. On medium Flame, Heat paratha turning the sides every 30 seconds. 2) Add 1 tea spoon of clarified butter /ghee/ oil to the side of the pan. Keep pressing the paratha gently while heating. Heat for three minutes or until both the surfaces turn golden brown. 3) Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with a blob butter spread on the top.Nutritional Value
