Detail
Sumeru Classiques presents a true indian classic malabar parathas. A homage to the paInstaking, traditional technique that originated in the royal kitchens of Malabar in Coastal Kerala. Numerous wafer-thin layers of dough are rolled, beaten and folded over and over again before they are cooked with ghee or oil on a hot tawa. Best served with kerala style stews or avial, these parathas are surprisingly good with North Indian curries.
