Freshly harvested olive fruit is used to make extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). It is a light, cold-processed (below 28°C), first extract that retains its natural flavour, aroma, colour, and taste while having the least amount of acidity. Aceites Albert S.A. packs and bottles it in Spain (one of the largest exporter of EVOO in Spain). EVOO has health benefits in uncomfortable. Among the several types of olive oil that are offered in VIZ, EVOO continues to be the product of the greatest quality. After the extraction of EVOO, the leftover olive pulp and skin are processed chemically and heated to create pure lite, pomase, and other products. This results in refined olive oil, which has no flavour, fragrance, taste, or health benefits.
