IngredientsTomato Paste, Onion Paste, Yogurt, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Oil, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Other Spices And Condiments.
InstructionsTake 300g of fresh mutton in a kadhai/wok. Add 1 cup of water and 1tbsp of contents of Mutton Biryani Paste. Cook on slow flame till chicken is partially done. Add the remaining Mutton Biryani Paste and add water for required consistency and let it simmer till the chicken is fully cooked. In a vessel, take a spoon of refined cooking oil and heat 1/2 tsp. cumin and mustard seeds till it releases its flavour. Add 300g of basmati rice and roast for 3-5 minutes. Add water and cook till the rice is fully done. Set aside to cool. In a kadhai layer the cooked mutton and rice, layer one on top of the other, sprinkling in between fresh chopped coriander, and fried golden brown, onion. After layering, cover the wok/kadhai tightly with its lid and put it on a hot Tava (indirect heat) for 15-20 minutes and yummy Mutton Biryani is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander and crisp fried onions and serve hot along with vegetable raita.
