How to Prepare
Take the boneless pieces of the chicken in a bowl
Add dahi/curd, salt and ginger garlic paste and marinate for 15-20 minutes
Fry chopped Ginger, garlic, onion, tomato and some cashew nuts in butter
After frying, take the fried ingredients into a mixing jar and make a thick paste of it
Now fry the marinated chicken in soyabean oil until the pieces of chicken gets soft
Now set aside the chicken pieces after frying
Heat some more butter in a pan
add the thick paste of the previous ingredients
add salt, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and cook the masala until it releases oil and add fresh cream
now add the chicken pieces and cook it well.
now add some water and cook it for few minute
when the cooking is done add some roasted kasuri methi at the end.
now the delicious butter chicken is ready. Take it in a serving bowl add some fresh cream over it and serve hot
