How to Prepare
Wash carrots and peel them. Make them dry and grate them and keep aside
keep a bowl on stove on medium flame and add one table spoon ghee
After the ghee gets heated then add already grated carrots to it and saute well
once carrots start getting cooked add milk to it and close the bowl for sometime and saute inbetween regularly
when everything gets mixed up well add sugar based on your taste and mix well and close the bowl again.
after about 15 -20 minutes carrot halwa bis ready. Time it takes to cook is completely based on carrot. Let it cook until the raw feel goes and sugar milk everything gets mixed up well.
Carrot halwa is ready. 1kg of carrots will serve around 4-5 people
