Egg Fried Rice

A harmonious combination of fluffy egg pieces along with rice and colourful vegis tossed with mild spices and soy sauce.
How to Prepare
Beat the eggs with little salt in a bowl till light and fluffy. Heat oil in a non-stick wok and to it add the eggs and scramble them till cooked. Remove it.
Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and stir-fry for one minute.
Add onions, French beans, carrot, green capsicum, cabbage, green peas and half the spring onion greens. Stir-fry for two minutes.
Add salt, white pepper powder and soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Add boiled rice, eggs and adjust the seasonings.
Stir in the vinegar and cook for one minute, stirring continuously.
Garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot.
