Instructions | Add 1 cup of the mix to 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 min. Spread sufficient batter on tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp. oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot with MTR sambhar, chutney and potato curry. |
